Pure Christmas spirit & joy at Sofitel Victoria, luxury, 5 star service, everything was prime quality and living up to our expectations. Big Thank You to all the staff at Warsaw Sofitel for once again making our stay at your hotel one to remember. We celebrated Christmas on our recent trip to the hotel from December 23rd to December 26th 2024. The Guest Relations Department ensured that we had a lovely room surprise and followed up with us to ensure that our stay was comfortable and everything was as it should be. The small personal touch and great service we have been receiving during our last five visits to Sofitel Warsaw, is the reason that we keep coming back. Again a Big thank You to all the staff at the Warsaw location, for all your hard work and efforts and we look forward to seeing you again in our future visits to Warsaw.

I confess I didn’t expect to feel like home. Everything has been beyond my expectations, that’s why I’d like to give a big thank to the whole team because they’ve been extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. I also want to mention the Kitchen Gallery where we could have found the amazing dishes, a variety of dishes daily and the staff working in that division was so attentive, remembering what’s your favorite dish. The cleaning part has been at the high level, being made daily and it was impossible not feeling at home. The lobby is so relaxing and has the comfy way of spending time there having near you the bar zone with so friendly bartenders and definitely the brasserie lounge. This is the feeling that can characterize our entire staying here. Don’t hesitate to come here. You’ll be satisfied with your choice.

This was our first trip to Warsaw, and our main priority was finding a great location and value for our money. I can confidently recommend this hotel. The staff are exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful. We also loved the location; everything, from the old town to the main city, was within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the hotel itself has a fantastic bar and restaurant. The breakfast is amazing, with a wide variety of options. Additionally, the sauna, swimming pool, and gym are great amenities to enjoy during your stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Very nice location, right near the Sakson Palace square and 7 minutes by feet to the old town. Staff in hotel is very friendly, check in was processed perfectly. I must notice the quite large room with totally all facilities, including cosmetics, bath robes and slippers. Window in the room is soundproof. We had a good breakfast, which located in a large restaurant. There was no salmon and eggs Benedict, but everything else was of a high quality, even coffee (by our experience there is a rarely tasty coffee in Poland). We definitely recommend this hotel to stay in the best location of Warsaw
